  • The Organizer reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, venue layout, activities, entertainment programs, transportation arrangements, and other operational aspects when necessary.
  • Such modifications shall not constitute grounds for compensation or refund unless required by applicable law.

5. Event Entry Policy

  • The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove any attendee whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, illegal, offensive, or threatening to other attendees, staff, performers, or property.
  • No refund shall be provided in such circumstances.

6. Photography & Media

  • By attending the Event, attendees consent to being photographed, filmed, recorded, or otherwise captured for promotional, marketing, documentary, or commercial purposes.
  • The Organizer may use such materials worldwide without additional consent or compensation.

7. Force Majeure

  • The Organizer shall not be liable for delays, interruptions, postponements, cancellations, or modifications caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, government orders, public health emergencies, labor disputes, or acts of terrorism.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • The Organizer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Event or use of the Website.

  • Attendees participate in activities at their own risk.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, videos, photographs, and materials displayed on the Website are the property of the Organizer or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. General Policy

  • All ticket sales are final.

  • Tickets purchased through the Website are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2. Customer Cancellation

  • If a customer is unable to attend the Event for personal reasons, no refund shall be provided.

  • Customers may transfer tickets to another attendee subject to the Organizer’s ticket transfer procedures.

3. Event Postponement

  • If the Event is postponed, purchased tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date.

  • The Organizer may, at its sole discretion, offer alternative options, including ticket transfer, credit, or refund.

4. Event Cancellation

  • If the Event is canceled by the Organizer and is not rescheduled, customers may be eligible for a refund of the ticket face value.

  • Processing fees, payment gateway fees, bank charges, exchange rate losses, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable.

5. Force Majeure

  • Refund eligibility in force majeure situations shall be determined by the Organizer based on operational feasibility, supplier obligations, insurance coverage, and applicable laws.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds may require 30–60 business days depending on the payment provider, issuing bank, and verification procedures.
